I have inserted a screen shot below of Win10 Disk Manager. It shows that d: drive does not have BOOTMGR installed. I have tried several clone methods using both Macrium Reflect and Disk Manager. In the instructions (or YouTube), the cloned disk (s) boot immediately without having to install BOOTMGR. I had this issue as well when cloning a HDD to SSD, what I did to fix it was to create a bootable USB recovery drive (Microsoft have guides for how to do this), connect the SSD in the PC without the HDD and start up.
